Safety Protocol Guidelines and Requirements

Office Visitation Guidelines and Requirements

If you need to visit one of our offices, please know additional safety protocols have been put in place in accordance with orders and guidance issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf. As part of these protocols, Univest employees will be equipped with personal protective equipment, and you will notice that plexiglass shields have been installed at teller locations for the safety of customers and employees. Social distancing requirements will be enforced, and occupancy will be limited.

In addition, as required by Governor Wolf, all individuals entering the financial centers will be required to wear masks while on the premises unless they cannot do so due to a medical condition or are under the age of two. Customers wearing masks and needing to execute transactions that require identity validation may be asked to momentarily drop their masks to verify their faces with identification, but social distancing will be maintained.

In order to protect the health and well-being of our employees and customers, we ask that you do not enter any Univest location if you:
  • Are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19;
  • Have cared for or been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. Please note that this restriction does not apply to health care professionals;
  • Have been advised to self-quarantine; or
  • Are currently infected with COVID-19 or are undergoing treatment for COVID-19.

Alternative arrangements may be available, and our digital solutions, including online banking and mobile banking, remain available 24 hours a day. In addition, if you are at high risk, including individuals over the age of 65, we would be happy to schedule an appointment to assist you prior to normal business hours. In order to inquire about alternative arrangements, or to schedule an appointment if you are at high risk, please call 877.723.5571 or contact the applicable financial center.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate the transition back to resuming normal operations while ensuring the safety of our employees, customers and communities we serve.
