Michael Kerns, CTFA
Vice President and Special Needs Trust Officer
As a vice president and trust officer, Michael works with grantors and beneficiaries for whom Univest has been appointed in some sort of fiduciary capacity such as trustee, executor, or guardian of a minor or incapacitated person. In this role, he serves as a liaison between Univest and the trust clients to ensure all of their needs are handled correctly and in a timely fashion. He has more than 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. Michael obtained his bachelor’s degree from Messiah College and holds his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification. He is active in Cub Scout Pack 510 and serves as a vocalist for the Children’s Ministry at Calvary Church in Souderton. When he’s not working or volunteering, he enjoys spending time outdoors – cycling, swimming and camping. He resides in Hatfield with his wife and three children.
