Paying your bills is as easy as calling out to your Alexa-enabled device. This voice driven capability will provide access to certain information within your online bill pay account so you can conveniently manage online payments.
Voice Pay Capabilities
- Schedule payments
- Access list of payees
- Review payment history
- View and edit scheduled payments
To use Voice Pay, you will need:
- Univest online bill pay account
- Mobile device with the Alexa app
- Amazon account
- Alexa-enabled device
Add Alexa to your bill pay account
Log into Univest Online Banking and navigate to the Bill Pay tab. Within My Account, select Add Alexa, enter your credentials and create a 4-digit PIN.
Enable the iPay QuickPay skill
Open the Alexa app on your mobile device. Tap Skills & Games, search for iPay QuickPay and select Enable.
Link your account
Within the iPay QuickPay skill, enter the same credentials that were used to set up Voice Pay in your bill pay account, including the 4-digit PIN.
Talk to Alexa
Start by saying “Alexa, open iPay QuickPay”. Now you can talk to Alexa about your Univest bill pay account.
