Paying your bills is as easy as calling out to your Alexa-enabled device. This voice driven capability will provide access to certain information within your online bill pay account so you can conveniently manage online payments.

Getting Started
To use Voice Pay, you will need:
- Univest online bill pay account
- Mobile device with the Alexa app
- Amazon account
- Alexa-enabled device

Add Alexa to your bill pay account
Log into Univest Online Banking and navigate to the Bill Pay tab. Within My Account, select Add Alexa, enter your credentials and create a 4-digit PIN.

Enable the iPay QuickPay skill
Open the Alexa app on your mobile device. Tap Skills & Games, search for iPay QuickPay and select Enable.

Link your account
Within the iPay QuickPay skill, enter the same credentials that were used to set up Voice Pay in your bill pay account, including the 4-digit PIN.

Talk to Alexa
Start by saying “Alexa, open iPay QuickPay”. Now you can talk to Alexa about your Univest bill pay account.

What is Voice Pay?
Voice Pay is a voice-driven capability that enables customers to access certain information about bill pay on an Alexa-enabled device. iPay QuickPay is the skill that integrates online bill pay with Amazon Alexa-enabled devices, allowing consumers to quickly and securely complete bill payment activities with simple voice commands.

No, this service is free with Univest Online Bill Pay.
Who can I pay with Voice Pay?
You can make a payment to eligible payees, businesses or personal, in your online bill pay account.
What security measures are in place for Voice Pay?
You cannot add payees through the iPay QuickPay skill. All payees must be added through online bill pay. Also, a passcode must be entered when accessing the skill prior to use.
How can clients enroll in Voice Pay?
- Log in to your bill pay account
- Select the My account tab
- Go to the Voice Bill Pay section and select theAdd Alexa link
- If not prefilled, enter your email address
- Enter credentials (create and confirm password) and submit
This completes the online set up. Next, subscribers link their bill pay account to iPay QuickPay:
- Within the Alexa App on your mobile device, click on the menu button at the top left, choose “Skills & Games” then use the search feature to search for the iPay QuickPay skill and choose “Enable”.
- When prompted, enter the credentials created in bill pay link your Univest bill pay account to iPay QuickPay.
- Create a 4-digit PIN that will be requested every time iPay QuickPay is launched.
- Select “I agree to the Terms and Conditions, Link Account” to complete the configuration process.
- Now users can say, “Alexa, start iPay QuickPay.”
