ONLINE BANKING
When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication. A verification code will be required at every login unless you select otherwise.
Our system also utilizes automated time-out sessions so if you are not active within online banking, your session will time out to prevent others from accessing your confidential information.
MOBILE APP
The Univest mobile app utilizes two-factor authentication which can be setup upon downloading the mobile app. You will be prompted to enter your login credentials and create a 4-digit passcode. Depending on your device, you may set up additional verification methods such as Touch or Face ID.
