  • Activate a new Univest debit card within online banking
  • Temporarily disable your debit card within the mobile app

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up security questions and answers along with a watermark image. The watermark offers two main benefits:

  1. Confirmation you're accessing the correct online banking site
  2. Easily identify whether you're entering the correct online banking ID
Our system also utilizes automated time-out sessions so if you are not active within online banking, your session will time out to prevent others from accessing your confidential information.
The Univest mobile app utilizes 2-factor authentication which can be setup upon downloading the mobile app. You will be prompted to enter your login credentials and create a 4-digit passcode. Depending on your device, you may set up additional verification methods such as Touch or Face ID.
