1. Will the branch business hours change?

No, the branch hours are not changing at this time.

2. Is there a list of Univest Financial Center locations?

Univest has locations in Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania and Cape May County in New Jersey. Please click here for a complete list of financial centers.

3. Will there be any fee changes?

For fee changes specific to your accounts, please refer to the product charts within the conversion booklet(s). For all other fees, please reference the Schedule of Fees in the disclosure section of the conversion booklet(s).

4. Will there be any impact to my direct deposit or ACH payments?

There should be no impact to established direct deposit or ACH payments for deposit account(s).

5. Will the ABA routing number change?

The Fox Chase Bank routing number is being rerouted to the Univest routing number. When updating your information, please make sure to provide the Univest routing number: 031913438.

6. Will the deposit cut-off times change?

No, if a deposit is made before the close of business on a business day, we will consider that day to be the day of the deposit. If a deposit is made after the close of business or on a non-business day, we will consider that deposit as being made on the next business day. Univest offers next day availability on funds deposited before the close of business on business days. For more information, please refer to our Funds Availability Policy in the disclosure section of the conversion booklet(s).

7. Will my statement cycle(s) change?

Checking account statement cycles will not change. Savings account statements are provided quarterly unless you have combined statements or electronic funds transfer activity.

8. How will my personal information be shared?

We take every measure to protect the privacy of our customers. For more information on how we protect and share personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy .

1. Will my deposit account number(s) change?

No, deposit account number(s) will not change.

2. Can I still use Fox Chase Bank checks for checking and money market accounts?

Yes, please continue to use your Fox Chase Bank checks. Univest checks will be issued the next time you need to reorder.

3. How do I reorder checks?

To reorder checks, please be sure to update your routing number to 031913438 and use any of these options:

i. Visit or call a Univest Financial Center

ii. Call the Univest Service Center at 877.723.5571

iii. Through Univest Online Banking

4. Will there be any impact to automatic payments or direct deposits?

No, all automatic payments and direct deposits will be routed to Univest. When providing updated account information to merchants, please be sure to provide the Univest routing number: 031913438.

5. How will interest be calculated on deposit accounts?

Univest pays simple and compounded interest depending on your account type. For interest calculations specific to your account, please refer to the Truth- In-Savings Account disclosures in the disclosure section of the conversion booklet(s).

6. Will there be any impact to automatic transfers?

No, there will be no impact.

7. Will there be any impact to overdraft transfers?

No, there will be no impact.

8. Will my CD/IRA terms and conditions change?

No, we will honor the current CD/IRA terms and conditions. Upon renewal, the CD/IRA will be converted to a currently offered Univest product.

9. Will there be any impact to regular IRA distributions?

No, regular IRA distributions will continue as scheduled.

10. Will there be any impact to accounts if there is no account activity?

Univest considers checking accounts dormant after one year of inactivity and savings accounts after two years of inactivity. For each month your account remains inactive, you will incur a monthly service fee. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees in the disclosure section of the conversion booklet(s) for additional information.

1. Will my loan terms and conditions change?

No, your current loan terms and conditions will not change.

2. Can I continue to use my existing Fox Chase Bank line of credit checks?

Yes, you can continue to use your Fox Chase Bank line of credit checks until you need to reorder. To reorder checks:

i. Visit or call a Univest Financial Center

ii. Call the Univest Service Center at 877.723.5571

3. If payments are made electronically from an account at another bank or credit union, does the payment information need to be updated?

If your loan account number is changing, you will need to update the loan payment information. Please provide the new loan number and Univest routing number: 031913438.

4. Will loan payment due dates change?

No, the loan payment due date will not change.

5. Will loan payments continue to be automatically deducted from the designated account?

Yes, loan payment(s) will continue to be automatically deducted from the designated account on the scheduled date.

6. How can monthly payments be made after the conversion?

Effective Monday, September 12, 2016, loan payments can be made at any Univest Financial Center, through online banking or by mailing the payment to:

8. Where do I send my mortgage payments?

You can also make payments in-person at any Univest Financial Center or electronically. Electronic payment methods include scheduled withdrawals from a deposit accounts (Univest or other financial institution) or online bank transfer from your Univest deposit account. Enrollment forms for scheduled withdrawals can be obtained by contacting the Univest Service Center at 877.723.5571.

1. How do I access online banking?

To access Univest Online Banking, click the login button at the top right of the website and enter your current online banking ID and password.

2. How do I access cash management online banking?

To access cash management online banking, click the login button at the top right of the website, select the online cash management link within the cash management tab and enter the required information.

3. Will I be able to access account transaction history through online banking and cash management online banking?

Yes, account transaction history will be available.

4. How do I access bill pay?

You will need to log into online banking and select the bill pay tab or log into cash management online banking.

5. Will I need to reestablish payee information in bill pay?

No, your payee information will transfer.

6. Will I need to reestablish recurring payment information in bill pay?

No, your recurring payment information will transfer. However, we suggest you verify the date the payee will receive the payment to ensure that it is received on time.

7. Will eStatements be available?

Yes, eStatements will be available within the e-Documents tab of cash management online banking.

8. Will I be able to view past statements through e-Documents?

Yes, statement history will be available. However, there may be a delay after the conversion in which previous statement history will not be available to view.

9. Will text alerts be available for online banking?

Yes, text alerts will be available for online banking.

1. How do I access mobile banking?

Please download the Univest mobile app and begin to use after the conversion is complete. The Fox Chase Bank mobile app will be discontinued.

2. Do I need to re-enroll in mobile deposit?

No, you will not need to re-enroll.

3. What are the mobile deposit limits?

Consumers can deposit up to 30 checks per day totaling $2,500 with a monthly maximum of 50 checks totaling $10,000. Businesses can deposit up to 30 checks per day totaling $5,000 with a monthly maximum of 50 checks totaling $25,000.

4. Is there a fee for using mobile deposit?

There is no fee for making mobile deposits to your personal accounts. There is a monthly fee of $9.99 for making mobile deposits to business accounts.

1. What should I do if I did not receive my new Univest Debit Card?

Beginning Monday, September 12, 2016, you can visit any Univest Financial Center and receive a new Univest Debit Card immediately with instant issue.

2. How do I activate my new Univest ATM or MasterCard® Debit Card?

You can activate your ATM or debit card online, at an ATM or by phone.

Online:

• Log in to online banking

• Within the “Options” tab, click ATM/Debit Card

• Check the box under “Activate”

• Click “Submit”

ATM:

• Visit any ATM

• Swipe your ATM or debit card

• Enter your PIN

• Conduct a balance inquiry or make a withdrawal

Phone:

• Call 800.287.0105

• Select option 7 from the menu

• Enter your ATM or debit card number

• Provide your social security or tax ID number

3. Will I need to select a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) for my ATM or debit card?

No, you can continue to use your current PIN.

4. Are there any fees associated with using my ATM or debit card?

There may be fees associated with your new ATM or debit card. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees in the disclosure section of the conversion booklet(s) for additional information.

5. Can a business savings and/or money market account be linked to the Univest Debit MasterCard BusinessCard?

Yes, business savings and money market accounts can be linked to the business debit card.

6. Where can I find a list of Univest ATM locations?

Please click here for a full list of Univest ATM locations.

7. If I have recurring payments linked to my debit card do I need to update my payment information?

Yes, please provide payees with your new card information.

8. Can I use my ATM or debit card while traveling or making international purchases?

As an added security feature, Univest blocks all international transactions; prior to traveling or making an international purchase, you will need to call 877.723.5571 and request the block be lifted.
