Univest National Bank And Trust Co. Opens Vernfield Office
SOUDERTON, Pa, October 3, 2006 – Univest Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select Market: UVSP) celebrated the grand opening of its Vernfield financial service center, located at Route 63 and Shelly Road in Harleysville, Pa. on Friday, September 29. Local officials and other community members joined representatives of Univest National Bank and Trust Co. for the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at the site of Univest’s 35th financial service center. Univest’s 3,100 square foot, full-service office is located in the new Shelly Square shopping center, site of the recently opened Landis Supermarket and future retail stores.
The new financial service center features a free coin-to-cash machine, safe deposit boxes, and extended banking hours – Monday-Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Drive-through banking hours are Monday-Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A drive-up, 24-hour ATM is available to the public at the new office. Bringing added convenience to Landis Supermarket shoppers is an additional ATM inside the store.
