Volunteers Needed for Safe, Exciting Cycling Race
SOUDERTON, Pa, August 24, 2006 – As the Univest Grand Prix enters its ninth year, the September 9 race will be more exciting than ever with professional racing teams from around the world and an extended course that will take cyclists through Montgomery and Bucks counties. Indian Creek Foundation will benefit from the recreational ride, the Cyclosportif.
Be part of the action by volunteering as a course marshal. Assignments at many locations require just a few minutes of your time, yet they are crucial to assuring rider and motorist safety. A special tee shirt is provided to each volunteer, and a hospitality tent awaits you near the finish line when your assignment is completed. Other volunteer opportunities are also available.
