Univest Bank and Trust Co.SM Provides Donation To Zwingli Church
SOUDERTON, Pa, June 29, 2010 – Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (NASDAQ: UVSP) donated a bike rack to Zwingli United Church of Christ in Souderton to encourage cycling as a recreational and healthful activity that helps build stronger communities. Zwingli United Church of Christ is located at 350 Wile Avenue in Souderton, right on the course of the Univest Grand Prix, an international professional road cycling competition embraced by our community each year. The event encourages youth to get involved in the sport while educating them on the importance of eating healthy and exercising to stay in shape.
The bike rack will be a nice addition on the grounds of Zwingli Church where they are currently rebuilding their church following damage from a fire in 2008.

Annette D. Szygiel, executive vice president and chief experience officer, presents a bike rack to Ed Bibic, Trustee at Zwingli United Church of Christ
