"Strategies For A Successful Retirement” Seminar To Be Held April 20 And 27

 

Univest Investments, Inc. to host free, interactive seminar to help attendees evaluate their retirement plans

SOUDERTON, Pa, April 19, 2006 – Univest Investments, Inc, a division of Univest Corporation (listed on NASDAQ: UVSP) will host a seminar entitled “Strategies for a Successful Retirement” on Thursday, April 20 from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. at the Univest Souderton Financial Service Center located at 10 West Broad Street. The seminar will be held again on Thursday, April 27 from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. at the Univest Kulpsville Financial Service Center located at 1715 Sumneytown Pike.

“Too many retirees wait until retirement is imminent and learn – too late – that their assets won’t support them when they’ve finished working,” said William Van Sant, CFP®, vice president and sales manager of Univest Investments, Inc. “During this seminar, certified financial advisors will be on hand to help individuals define their retirement goals and expectations and offer free, personalized financial advice.”

The hour-long seminar will highlight information about inflation, taxes, and asset classes that build and preserve wealth. Financial advisors William Van Sant CFP®, James Jacobson, CFP®, and Barry Longenbach, CLU, ChFC will teach attendees to successfully plan their own retirements.
