Univest Bank and Trust Co.SM Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Set For Friday, April 9

The New Facility in Hilltown, Bucks County is the Community's and Univest's First LEED-Certified Building

SOUDERTON, Pa., March 29, 2010 – On Friday, April 9, Univest Bank and Trust Co.SM (NASDAQ: UVSP) will celebrate the opening of its new LEED-certified financial service center located at the corner of Route 113 and Old Bethlehem Pike in Hilltown Township, Bucks County.

The community is invited to come to a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a breakfast reception from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Local dignitaries will join representatives of Univest Bank and Trust Co.SM for the celebration.

The new 4,059 square foot facility includes a 24 hour drive-up ATM and four drive-up lanes. Univest also incorporated an improved recycling program within the building including paper, corrugated cardboard, glass, plastics and metals. The office has been open since late January, but due to inclement weather, the opening festivities were rescheduled. The public is invited to visit the office: Monday-Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Thursday from 9:00 to 5:00 pm.; Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Drive-up banking hours are Monday-Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
