Report A Lost Or Stolen Card

If you believe your card or your PIN has been lost or stolen, please call 215.721.2503 or 1.877.440.CARD toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you prefer, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, you may e-mail us at CardServices@univest.net. In your e-mail, please include:
- Your name and address
- Your card number (if known)
- Your checking or savings account number
- A daytime phone number Please indicate whether the card was lost or stolen.
In order to receive a new card, visit any Univest Financial Service Center and complete a new card application.
