Salaried Borrowers
- Two most recent W2s
- Two most recent Pay-stubs
- Copy of your Home Owner's Insurance Declaration Page -or- your Agents' Name and Phone Number
- Verification, in the form of the most recent statement, if you listed any assets (i.e. checking accounts, stocks and bonds, etc.) on your loan application
- Copy of the fully executed Purchase Contract -or- if this is a Refinance your most recent mortgage statement
Self-Employed Borrowers
- Same as above and the two most recent Personal and Business Tax Returns
Construction To Perm Projects
- Same as above plus:
- Copy of Specs and Plans for Construction
- Copy of the Draw Schedule
