Univest Begins Construction of Financial Center in Newtown

NEWTOWN, Pa., August 13, 2014 – Univest Bank and Trust Co. held a groundbreaking ceremony to announce the start of construction on a financial center at 15 Swamp Road in Newtown.  The 2,200 square-foot location which will include a drive-up lane and an ATM will be the first Univest financial center to feature a newly designed customer experience.  In addition to conducting traditional banking transactions, the new model will allow visitors to view product demos, explore mobile banking options and utilize technology-based, self-service options.  The integrated office will offer an array of financial solutions including home loans, insurance, wealth management and investments.  The financial center is slated to open by year’s end.
