Univest iPhone® App - Support Information

STEP #1:  Install The Univest iPhone® App

1. Go to the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Perform a Search in the App Store using just the keyword, "univest" (no quotes required).
3. Select the "Univest Anytime Mobile Banking" app
4. Tap the "FREE" graphic in the upper right corner of the app page
5. Tap the "INSTALL" graphic.
6. Follow any instructions presented by your iPhone®

STEP #2:  Updating Your Mobile Banking Settings

1. Using a web browser, log into NetTeller online banking.
2. Click the "Options" tab at the top of the NetTeller web site.
3. Click the "Mobile Settings" link in the sub-navigation bar of the "Options" tab page.
4. Enter your iPhone® telephone number, select your wireless carrier, and select the accounts you wish to access via the Univest iPhone app. (All accounts are included in the initial mobile login.)
