OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will
not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to
legal residents of Pennsylvania who are at least eighteen (18)
years old at the time of entry. Employees of Univest Corporation of
PA, Allebach Advertising, LLC and their parent and affiliate
companies and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings
and children) and household members of each such employee are not
eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws
and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes
entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules
and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final
and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on October 1,
2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 16,
2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer
is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter:There are two (2) ways to enter
the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, as detailed below:
a. Purchase Method:
During the Promotion Period, make a purchase using your Univest
MasterMoney® Debit Card. You will earn one (1) entry
into the drawing every time you make a debit card purchase.
Purchases made with a Debit MasterCard BusinessCard® and
ATM withdrawals are not eligible for entry into the
Sweepstakes.
b. Free Mail-In Alternate
Method: To enter without making a purchase or if you do
not have a Univest MasterMoney® Debit Card, hand print
your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address
(if any) and age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail in an
envelope with proper postage to: "Apple Gift Card Sweepstakes", 14
North Main Street, P.O. Box 64197, Souderton, PA 18964. Limit: One
(1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by
November 16, 2012 and received by November 23, 2012. Proof of
sending or submission will not be deemed proof of receipt. Sponsor
is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail or entries, all of which
are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be
returned. Use of any automated system to participate and
reproductions of mailed-in entries are prohibited and will result
in
disqualification.
5. Random Drawing: On or about December 7,
2012, winners will be selected by random drawing, which will be
conducted from among all eligible entries received during the
Promotion Period by Allebach Advertising, LLC, an independent
judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters
relating to this Sweepstakes.
6. Winner Notification and Verification:
Potential winners will be notified by email, phone or mail after
the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten
(10) days of attempted prize notification, the potential winner
forfeits the prize and alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive a
$500 Apple® Gift Card. The Sweepstakes is void where
prohibited and is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are nontransferable. No substitution of cash alternative
will be given. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of
eligible entries received. Limit: one (1) prize per
person. Maximum value of all prizes: $2,500. Prizes will be awarded
on or before December 31, 2012.
8. Release: Participation in the Sweepstakes
constitutes winner's consent to the use of their names, likenesses,
voices and/or biographical information for advertising and
promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where
prohibited by law. Everyone who enters the Sweepstakes agrees to
release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies,
suppliers and all of their directors, officers, employees,
representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or
injury resulting in any way from their participation in the
Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize. By participating in
this promotion, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by
the decisions of the judging organization, which are final and
binding on all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize
and award procedures at its discretion.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the
right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part
of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond
Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper
functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its
sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering
with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be
acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion
or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any
person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the
Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and,
should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek
damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by
law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules
shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Winners List: The names of the winners will
be posted at www.univest.net. The winner list will be posted after
the drawing has been conducted and the winners verified.
