  1. What browsers may I use to access the site?
    1. We currently support Internet Explorer 6.x and higher, and Netscape 7.x and higher. We will attempt to support additional browsers but we can’t guarantee the results.

  2. Why don’t some of the graphics show on my PC?
    1. We try to keep the site as basic as possible. However, some graphic animations may not show if you have “block .gif animations” turned on or if you have certain security programs running that block banners, such as Zone Alarm®.

  3. When I use my “Favorites” to access the new site, why do I get “Page not found.” ?
    1. Often the “favorite” link is not accessing the home page, but an interior page on the site. If you type www.univest.net in your browser's address field, you should be able to access the new site without a problem. You can then bookmark either Univest.net or any other page that is convenient for you.

  4. Where do I log into NetTeller?
    1. Click on the "Anytime Online Banking" link in the top center of any page of the site.  You can also access Anytime Online Banking/NetTeller from the first pop-up menu item in Online Solutions under Services or from the first Quick Link.

  5. How does the menu system work?
    1. There are three types of menu items:
      1. Those with two arrows on the right “>>” – when you move your mouse over this menu item, an additional pop-up menu will show. You must choose from this pop-up menu.

        Example: Personal Banking

      2. Those with one arrow on the right “>” – when you move your mouse over this menu item, an additional pop-up menu will show. You may either choose from the pop-up menu or you may click on the initial menu item.

        Example: Investing / Investments

      3. Those with no arrows on the right - when you move your mouse over this menu item, you will see no additional pop-up menu items. You must click on this menu item to activate.

        Example: Residential Mortgages

  6. The old site seemed okay. Why did you change it?
    1. On the old site it was difficult to provide you with up-to-date information concerning our products and services. The new site allows us to do that. We also chose to give up some of the “convenience” items such as the weather and stock services since there are specialized sites on the Internet that already do that more efficiently than we could. Examples would be www.weather.com for the weather and www.nasdaq.com for stock prices.

  7. I used to be able to get the price for Univest stock on the old site. What do I do now?
    1. If you click on the primary menu item Investor Information (under the Inside Univest heading), then click on the Investor Relations link, you will be sent to a site with many details about Univest including the current stock price.
